    چکیده:

    دو عامل مهم که موجب بالارفتن عملکرد بازارگرایی شرکت ها در دو دهه گذشته شده است ؛

    جهانی ش دن و افزایش تغییرات در فناوری می باش د. در چنین محیطی سرمایه فکری و

    دارایی های نامشهود از عوامل مهم موفقیت بشمار م یروند.

    تحقیق حاضر رابطه بین بازارگرایی (با تکیه بر سه مفهوم توجه به مشتری، توجه به رقبا و

    هماهنگی بین بخشی) و سرمایه فکری را در صنعت بیمه بررسی م یکند

    سرمایه فکری به عنوان دارایی نامشهود یک سازمان م ی باشد و شامل دانش، تجربه، مهارت

    شخصی، روابط خوب و یا توانایی فناوری است ،سرمایه انسانی ؛ترکیبی از دانش ، م هارت ها و

    تجربیات کارکنان یک بنگاه ، سرمایه مشتری (رابطه ای) ؛ عبارت است از روابط با افرادی که

    بنگاه اقتصادی با آن ها به کار تجاری می پردازد که شامل مشتریان و عرضه کنندگان م ی باشد.

    سرمایه ساختاری؛ دارای ی های غیرمرتبط با نیروی انسانی را شامل م ی شود که عبار ت ند از

    فناوری ها، فرآیندها، ابدا ع ها، اموال فکری، دارایی های فرهنگی و روش هایی که شرکت را قادر

    به انجام وظایف می سازد

    مقدمه

    با توجه به موضوع، بررسی ادبیات تحقیق به دو بخش کلی تقسیم می شود. بخش اول مربوط به بازارگرایی و مبانی نظری و پژوهشی آن و بخش دوم مربوط به سرمایه فکری می باشد.

    در بخش اول بررسی ادبیات تحقیق مربوط به بازارگرایی با توجه به بیان مسئله ارائه شده در فصل  1 و جهت داشتن چهارچوبی کاربردی، از متدولوژی استفاده می کنیم که راج[1] جهت بررسی ادبیات تحقیق مربوط به بازارگرایی استفاده کرده است. در متدولوژی او جهت بررسی ادبیات تحقیق بازارگرایی چهار دسته کلی از تحقیقات شناسایی شده اند که هر کدام پاسخگوی یک مسئله ویژه بوده اند.

    در دسته ى اول بعضی از تحقیقات به تعریف ساز ه ى تحقیق که بازارگرایی باشد، پرداخته اند. بنابراین در این بخش تمرکز بروی تفهیم وتعریف سازه بوده و در این ادبیات به این پرسش پاسخ داده شده است: بازارگرایی چیست؟

    در دسته ی دوم به مسئله ى اندازه گیری پرداخته می شود. در اینجا تمرکز بروی توسعه و ساخت مقیاس ها می باشد. این ادبیات به این موضوع می پردازد که چگونه سازه ی بازار گرایی را می توان عملیاتی و سنجش کرد.

    در دست هى سوم موضوع مد لهای مفهومی در رابطه با بازارگرایی جا ی م یگیرد. در اینجا تمرکز عمده بروی علت و معلول های بازارگرایی می باشد. در این ادبیات با پیش نیازها و پیامدها و نتایج بازارگرایی و همچنین با متغیرهای تعدی لکننده یا میانجی سروکار داریم[2].

    در دسته ى چهارم به مسئله ى پیاده سازی پرداخته می شود. در اینجا تمرکز بروی اقدامات مدیریتی جهت پیاده سازی بازارگرایی می باشد. این ادبیات پاسخگوی این مسئله است:

    شرکت ها چگونه می توانند بیشتر بازارگرا شوند؟

    در بخش دوم نیز بحث سرمایه فکری، مدل ها و نظریات مربوط به آن و نیز رابطه و تاثیر آن با سایر مولفه های مربوطه و نیز نحوه اندازه گیری آن مطرح می شود.

    بخش اول : ادبیات مرتبط با بازار گرایی

    مروری بر بازارگرایی

    مفهوم بازارگرایی از فلسفه مدیریتی که به « مفهوم بازاریابی» مشهور بود، ریشه گرفته است. این فلسفه سنگ بنای رشته ى بازاریابی بوده است؛ همانطوریکه پیتر دراکر بازاریابی را بدین گونه معرفی می نماید :

    مشاهده ى کلیت یک تجارت را از نقطه نظر نتایج نهایی اش که این نتایج نهایی همان مشتریان می باشند همچنین اظهار می دارد که تنها یک تعریف از مقصود یک تجارت وجود دارد: خلق مشتری  در طول سالیان مختلف تئوری پیش فرض بازاریابی شرکت ها،  فلسفه ی بازاریابی بوده است و محققان بدنبال اثبات ارتباط سطوح متفاوت عملکرد شرکت با درجات مختلف بازارگرایی بوده اند. این ایده ى مرتبط بودن سطوح مختلف عملکرد با سطوح مختلف بازارگرایی شرکت ها، چندین نسل از مدیران شرکتها را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است و تا به امروز یکی از تاثیرگذارترین مفاهیم بازاریابی بوده است. با این حال هیچ گونه تحقیقات  رسمی تا زمان بازخوانی آکادمیک این مفهوم انجام نگرفته بود.

    با آنکه در ادبیات تحقیق تفاوتهایی راجع به استفاده از بازاریابی گرایی[3]  در مقابل بازارگرایی[4] وجود دارد، اما بازاریابی گرایی بیشتر طبق تعریف مک کارتی[5] و پریالت[6]  به پیاده سازی مفهوم بازاریابی در بخش بازاریابی سازمان اشاره می کند.  لذا، تاکید سنتی بازاریابی گرایی بیشتر بروی مشتر ی گرایی به معنای تمرکز بیشتر برروی نیازهای مشتری و تولید درآمد و سود از طریق ایجاد رضایت مشتری می باشد. از طرف دیگر، اخیرا بازارگرایی، بیشتر برای برقرار کردن مفهوم بازاریابی در کل سازمان استفاده شده است. کوهلی و جاورسکی (1990)  برای استفاده از برچسب بازارگرایی اولویت و اهمیت بیشتری قائل هستند، به این  مضمون که استفاده از این اصطلاح آنرا از غلبه ى واحد بازاریابی خارج ساخته و مسئولیت آنرا متوجه کلیه واحد ها در سازمان می کند. با این تغییر ظاهر، رویکرد بازارگرایی احتمالاً مورد پذیرش واحد های غیر بازاریابی نیز قرار گیرد. همچنین واژه بازارگرایی در مقایسه با بازاریابی گرایی به نظر برخی از محققان بر مفهومی گسترده تر دلالت دارد که به یک میزان به هردوی مشتریان و رقبا توجه دارد، در حالیکه در نگاه سایر محققان بازاریابی[7]  بازارگرایی، بصورت عمده ای مشتری گرایی تعریف شده است. با این وجود در بین محققان بازاریابی اجماعی وجود دارد که بازارگرایی، منعکس کننده ی نیاز یک سازمان برای بازار محور بودن[8] یا تحریک پذیری توسط بازار  است[9] . در این زمینه، پنج دیدگاه اخیراً در ادبیات بازارگرایی معرفی شده اند که هر کدام رویکردی متفاوت را جهت تعریف مفهوم بازارگرایی در پیش گرفته اند:

    علاوه بر پنج دیدگاه فوق سه دیدگاه دیگر نیز در زمینه بازارگرایی وجود دارد که عبارتند از:

    1- دیدگاه ترکیبی

    2- دیدگاه قابلیتهای سازمانی

    3- دیدگاه فرهنگ سازمانی بازارگرا

    اینک مروری مختصر بر هر یک از دیدگاه های فوق داشته و عناصر تشکیل دهنده ى سازه ی بازارگرایی را در هر دیدگاه مورد بررسی قرار می دهیم.

     

    دیدگاه تصمیم گیری از نظر شاپیرو[1] (1988)

    واژه بازارگرایی بسیار فراتر از اصطلاح سطحی و مبتذل نزدیک شدن به مشتری است. واژه بازارگرایی منعکس کننده مجموع های از فرآیندهاست که همه ى ابعاد یک شرکت را در می نوردد.

    دیدگاه تصمیم گیری در ادبیات بازارگرایی توسط شاپیرو (1988) مطرح شد. در حقیقت شاپیرو اولین کسی است که بدنبال مفهومی کردن سازه ى بازارگرایی و تعریف آن برآمده است. شاپیرو (1988) جهت عملیاتی کردن سازه ى بازارگرایی، آنرا فرآیند تصمیم گیری در سازمان می داند که در کانون این فرآیند، تعهد قوی مدیریت جهت به اشترا ک گذاشتن اطلاعات بین بخشی و تمرین تصمیم گیری مشارکتی بین پرسنل صف و ستاد می باشد.

    شاپیرو  سه خصوصیت، برای شرکتهای بازارگرا برمی شمرد:

    1-  اطلاعات حاصل از مشتری و مربوط به مشتری برای سازمان بسیار حیاتی بوده و بر کلیه بخشهای سازمان اثر می گذارد.

    2- تصمیم گیری های انجام گرفته در سطح استراتژیک و تاکتیکی در سازمان بصورت بین بخشی و بین وظیفه ای گرفته می شود.

    3- بخشها و واحدهای سازمان بصورت هماهنگ تصمیم گیری کرده و خود را در مقابل تصمیمهای گرفته شده متعهد می دانند.

    به دلایل فوق سازمان نیاز به شناخت بازار و مشتریان دارد و مهمترین منبع جهت کسب این اطلاعات مشتریانی هستند که شکایات خود را ابراز و نیازها و ایده های خود را طرح می کنند، اما سازمان نیز مسئول است تا زمینه ی طرح ایده های مشتریان را از طریق راهکارهایی همچون تحقیقات بازاریابی، صدای مشتری، تجزیه و تحلیل صنعت فراهم نماید و سپس این اطلاعات را از طریق مدیریت ارشد سازمان در سراسر آوندهای سازمان منتشر نماید.

    ویژگی دوم شرکتهای بازارگرا، تصمیم گیری مشارکتی اعضای سازمان است؛ بگونه ای که تصمیم گیری ها در کلیه سطوح استراتژیک و تاکتیکی به نحوی انجام گیرد که تضاد در منافع و اهداف حداقل شود. جهت تصمیم گیری، دوایر و واحدهای سازمان به مسائل و مشکلات یکدیگر گوش فرا داده و همچنین فضایی را ایجاد می نمایند که موجب تشویق ابراز عقیده و ایده ها شود. در همان حین، تمایلات بخشها و واحدها نیز در فرآیند تصمیم گیری دخیل می شود. بر اساس دیدگاه شاپیرو جهت اتحاذ تصمیمات عاقلانه، واحدها و فرآیندها باید تفاوت هایشان را شناسایی کرده و با آگاهی از وجود این تفاو تها از فرآیند تصمیم گیری باز استفاده کنند.

    سومین ویژگی شرکتهای بازارگرا، هماهنگی در تصمیم گیری ها می باشد. هماهنگی در فرآیند تصمیم گیری موجب ایجاد تعهد مشترک جهت اجرای تصمیم ها در بین واحد های مختلف کاری شده و همچنین باعث بوجود آمدن هم افزایی در میان واحدها می شود. کارکنان در شرکتهای بازارگرا با مشارکت در تصمیم گیری ها و پیشنهاد راه حل ها و ارزیابی آنها موجب  می شوند که از کلیه اطلاعات مربوط به مشتری، که توسط واحدها با توجه به نقش واحد در سازمان به شکل خاصی تفسیر می شود، استفاده شده و تصمیم های سازگارتر با مشتریان اخذ شود. شاپیرو  متذکر می شود که هماهنگی قوی در تصمیم گیری ها، موجب تعهد بالاتر، ارتباطات روشنتر و روانتر در بین کارکنان و شناسایی بهتر نقاط قوت و ضعف رقبا می شود و بصورت مشابه هماهنگی ضعیف موجبات اتلاف منابع سازمان و از دست رفتن فرصتهای بالقوه ى بازار می شود.

    با اینکه این خصوصیات بازارگرایی به روشنی نشان دهنده مشتری می باشد، اما شاپیرو بصورتی تمثیل وار اذعان می دارد که شناسایی و فهم نقاط قوت و ضعف سازمان در رقابت نیز بخشی از بازارگرا بودن سازمان می باشد.
